Delete Your Account
If you wish to permanently delete your FinTrack account, you can do so by sending an email to our support team. This process ensures that you have ample time to reconsider your decision and avoid any accidental account deletions.
Steps to Delete Your Account:

Compose an Email: Create an email from the same email address you used to register your FinTrack account.

Subject Line: Clearly indicate your intention to delete your account by using the subject line “Delete My Account.”

Email Content: In the body of the email, include a brief statement confirming your desire to permanently delete your FinTrack account. You can also provide a brief reason for your decision, if you wish.

Send Email: Send the email to support@myfintrack.com.
Account Deactivation and Deletion Process:
Once your email is received, your FinTrack account will be deactivated within 24 hours. During this deactivation period, you will have the option to reactivate your account by simply logging in again. However, if you do not log in within 24 hours, your account will be permanently deleted and all associated data will be erased.

Deleting your account is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your data or use the FinTrack app.
